Welcome to our first week of online learning! All of us PE teachers miss our classes and our students. Right now, physical activity is definitely hard to come by. Sports are cancelled, gyms are closed, and it is frowned upon to even go outside your house. Our goal is to give our students different options of physical activity that people can do at home, in their backyards, or around the neighborhood. Each week we will be posting different links to websites for workouts, YouTube channel workouts, or other ways to access physical activity at home. Please feel free to browse through the links and find one that interests you. We hope you are choosing to continue physical activity and that you make it your goal to accumulate 30-60 minutes of physical activity everyday or 5 hours total each week.
