I hope the first week of online school has been tolerable for each of you. I know this has been a strange transition but we can do this! Don’t go too crazy! I want to be clear, this bi-weekly form is due May 3rd (Sunday). This log should reflect the activities/exercise that you've been doing the past two weeks. Please wait to fill this out near the end of this week so the log is as accurate as possible. You will be graded based on your activity throughout these two weeks. Mr. Anderson Starting this week I will officially be grading the amount of exercise and fitness that you participate in from your home. I will be sending out a form through microsoft forms for you to fill out your two weeks of fitness. I will be asking you to do 4 hours of exercise over a two week period of time. The exercises and activity are up to you. I am giving you a great deal of freedom. This log will also have a section where you describe some of your activities and set goals for the upcoming two weeks. Look at these fitness logs as the daily participation points you earn during your home online learning. Each bi-weekly log will be entered into the gradebook out of 40 points. The logs will be due at the end of the two weeks on Sunday (by 11:59 PM). If the log is turned in late, the log will only receive half credit. I believe that the best way to combat this restlessness is through activity. Remember, it can be as simple as taking a walk outside or getting a full-on workout.
