Alright folks! The honeymoon of this time off is over. I’m sure you are all becoming a little restless at home. I believe that the best way to combat this restlessness is through activity. Remember, it can be as simple as taking a walk outside or getting a full-on workout. Once again, here are some workouts that are circuit based… they should resemble our typical weight room set up (minus the weights). Please let me know if you have any questions on these!
