There were a number of you who turned in your bi-weekly fitness form on time, great work! However, there were also a great deal of you who didn’t submit it on time and the form is now closed. I should have the forms graded by the end of the day. If you didn’t submit your form, you’ll need to complete a make-up form (attached) and email it back to me. You won’t receive full credit for the late submission.

Hey Mr. Anderson i cant get into that one website for Bi-Weekly Fitness Form Due May 31st. It says oops something when wrong when I log on.
