There was some confusion for some about the bi-weekly fitness form. If you received a 0 for the form due May 3rd, that means I didn’t receive your fitness form. The easiest way to make this up is by filling out the bi-weekly make up form and email it back to me. I will be allowing all submission for the first form without any late penalty. However, moving forward, the form will close promptly at 11:59 PM on Sunday May 17th. If you don’t submit it on time, you will need to email me the make up form (attached).
